MarShere's Mid Year Ball 2007

Saturday night was the MarShere Mid Year Ball, and it was awesome. The night started at 7:30pm and I was the MC for the first hour, and then most of the dance brackets after that. Everyone looked really nice, Amy looked beautiful, and all the guys looked very hot! It's amazing what a nice dress or a suit can do! LOL

After waiting for a week for our Exam results, the time had come and we all did fantastically! Congrats to you all. All my students received honours and Highly Commended, and I ended up receiving Honours for both my Gold Exams, so I was not only pleased, but relieved too.

The night continued with a few competitions including Belle and Stud of the ball of which Amy was a finalist! MarShere also had it's annual Inter-Studio comp which Amy and Rick competed in, dancing the Cha Cha, and ended up receiving first place, well done guys!

Before the evening finished we had some Floorshows including the Teacher's performance, which this year was danced to "Shake Your Tail-feather" All the teachers involved had to dress up in retro 60/70's clothes and pretty much make fools of ourselves. It was a lot of fun, but yeah, very embarrassing....hehehe!

After the Ball we went back to Rick's house for some drinks and Random fun. It was a lot of laughs and it finished the night off perfectly. Thanks to Amy, Benji, Rick and Jas for making it such a great night! :0)
